Thank YOU For Being a Part of THIS!

Hey Sizz!

Before everybody starts fixing plates and slipping into food comas, I just wanted to pause and say Thank You.

Thank you for being part of this tribe.

Thank you for staying connected, even on the days when all any of us could do was just keep breathing.

This Thanksgiving, I’m not just grateful for the good stuff — I’m grateful for the keeping.

I’m grateful God kept our minds together when things didn’t make sense.
I’m grateful for strength we didn’t even know we had.

I’m grateful that what came to shake us didn’t take us out.
We may not have skipped through this year, but baby, we’re still here.

And if this season looks different for you — if the table has less people, or your heart feels a little tender — just know that,

You are not forgotten.

You are not behind.
You are covered, and purpose is still on your life.

So today, I’m grateful for you — for every woman who refused to quit, even quietly.

For every small win.For every tear that turned into clarity.

For every storm that passed, even if it left a little wobble in your walk.

Thank you for being here with me.
Thank you for letting me be part of your journey and thank you for reminding me that community still matters.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with peace, protection, and unexpected joy.

With Love & Sizzle!

Hey Sizz, Before the year turns, I want to be very clear. My word for 2026 is EXECUTE. Not in a corporate way. Not in a grind-yourself-into-the-ground way. But in a decisive, aligned, no-more-negotiating way. This isn’t a year for circling the mountain. It’s not a year for overthinking, polishing, or waiting for permission. There are ideas and projects I started working on back in 2022—things I put on the back burner because I wasn’t sure if the timing was right, if I was ready, or if I heard...

Merry Christmas, Sizz 🤍 I don’t want this note to be about a holiday. I want it to be about intentional presence. About slowing down enough to notice the people you’re sitting next to. About making memories instead of rushing through the day. About choosing connection—wherever and however that looks for you. Because what I know for sure is this: time isn’t refundable. I also know that for some people, this space can feel incredibly complicated—especially when relationships are strained and...

Hey Sizz, Earlier this week, I talked about something that stops a lot of capable women. Not lack of talent. Not lack of ideas. But fear — and the absence of structure. Women don’t struggle because they aren’t capable. They struggle because they’ve been trying to figure everything out alone. That’s exactly why I created Fire Circle. 👉Before you read any further, I want you to hear this directly from me. Fire Circle is a six-month brand and business cohort for women who are ready to stop...
