Here's My Word for 2026!

Hey Sizz,

Before the year turns, I want to be very clear.

My word for 2026 is EXECUTE. Not in a corporate way. Not in a grind-yourself-into-the-ground way. But in a decisive, aligned, no-more-negotiating way. This isn’t a year for circling the mountain.

It’s not a year for overthinking, polishing, or waiting for permission. There are ideas and projects I started working on back in 2022—things I put on the back burner because I wasn’t sure if the timing was right, if I was ready, or if I heard God clearly. You know how we do… we second-guess and overanalyze until we stall ourselves out completely.

Truth is, there was hesitation. There was fear. And a whole lot of “what if.” But now? I’m clear. I know who I am. I know what I’m here to do.

And I’m moving forward—even with uncertainty.

To some people, that may seem bold. I’m okay with that.

I’m casting a fresh vision for 2026, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming. There’s a full year ahead—conversations, experiences, and work created specifically for women who are serious about redefining their lives from the inside out, personally and professionally.

You’ll hear more soon.

You’ll also see more from my book, Sizzle Boldly: 7 Rule-Breaking Steps to Own Your Fire and Redefine Midlife—especially for women who are done downplaying their lives and done living on pause.

And let me say this plainly: I’m doing this whether one woman joins me or a hundred do. Because living out purpose isn’t about applause.

It’s about swift obedience. I’m betting on God this year. I’m not looking back.

And I’m executing—without hesitation. Now I want you to do something. What’s one thing you’ve been putting on the back burner that you know you’re supposed to pursue this year? Not ten things. Not someday things. Just one. Reply back and tell me:

Your word for the year
One thing you’re ready to go after
And one thing you’re ready to release

Let’s make this a space of accountability and community—not pressure or competition. If you’re ready to move forward, even without all the answers, you’re not alone.

Sizzle Boldly,

Coach. Author. Firestarter.

Merry Christmas, Sizz 🤍 I don’t want this note to be about a holiday. I want it to be about intentional presence. About slowing down enough to notice the people you’re sitting next to. About making memories instead of rushing through the day. About choosing connection—wherever and however that looks for you. Because what I know for sure is this: time isn’t refundable. I also know that for some people, this space can feel incredibly complicated—especially when relationships are strained and...

Hey Sizz, Earlier this week, I talked about something that stops a lot of capable women. Not lack of talent. Not lack of ideas. But fear — and the absence of structure. Women don’t struggle because they aren’t capable. They struggle because they’ve been trying to figure everything out alone. That’s exactly why I created Fire Circle. 👉Before you read any further, I want you to hear this directly from me. Fire Circle is a six-month brand and business cohort for women who are ready to stop...

Hey Sizz, I’m checking in on you. I don’t know if this applies to you — but I know it applies to a lot of women I talk to. You have ideas. You have experience. You know you’re capable. But when it comes to actually putting yourself out there — your brand, your business ideas, your message — things still feel scattered. And for some of you, it’s not even about knowing where to start. It’s deeper than that. It’s not motivation, it’s not even about talent. What’s really underneath it for a lot of...
