What if freedom looked like choosing yourself? + Discounted Tickets

Hey Sizz,
As we celebrate Juneteenth, I'm reminded that freedom isn't just something we honor in history—it's something we have to choose for ourselves. For many women, the biggest prison isn't physical. It's spending years showing up for everyone else while slowly losing sight of who you are.
That's why I created the Sizzle Series. These experiences were designed to help women reconnect with themselves, build meaningful relationships, have courageous conversations, and create space for what's next. Whether you're looking for community, clarity, confidence, or simply a reason to pour back into yourself, there's a seat waiting for you.
This weekend only, we're offering special Juneteenth pricing on our upcoming events:
✨ Sizzle Social Night Out – August 15
✨ Own Your Bold Fire: Midlife Reinvention Experience – September 12
✨ Heartspaces Wellness & Lifestyle Brunch – October 24
If you've been thinking about attending, now is the perfect time to secure your spot.
Freedom isn't always about where you're going. Sometimes it's about giving yourself permission to become who you're meant to be. And if you're honest, maybe that's exactly what this season is asking of you.
On August 15, 2026, I’m bringing back Sizzle Social: Girls Night Out—and baby, we’re doing it BIG. This year we’re stepping into a bold, vibrant peacock-inspired experience that’s going to be fun, electric, and full of energy. It’s a night to connect, laugh, show up, and just be in a room with women who are ready to live a little louder and a little freer. Tickets are limited, so when you see the flyer below, go ahead and secure your spot.
Then I’m hosting something brand new that I am incredibly excited about—Own Your Bold Fire: The Midlife Reinvention Experience. This is not just an event, this is an experience. We’re talking real, hands-on reinvention—closet edits, learning how to take your look from day to night, makeup demonstrations that actually make sense, bra fittings (yes, we’re getting it all the way together), color analysis to help you find your bold signature color, and powerful reinvention stories from women who decided to choose themselves. This room is about helping you see yourself differently and step into this next chapter with confidence, clarity, and excitement.
And then we’re closing out the year on October 24, 2026, with the Heart Spaces Wellness and Lifestyle Brunch at Neiman Marcus. This year’s theme is Aligned and Activated, and this experience is all about pouring into your heart, your life, and your next. It’s a beautiful, elevated space filled with real conversations, empowering stories, and moments that help you reflect, reset, and move forward with intention.
At the end of this year, I don’t want you looking back wishing you had done things differently. I want you to look back and say, “I showed up. I tried something new. I chose myself.”
So whether you decide to join one experience or step into all three with me, just don’t spend this year on the sidelines.
I would genuinely love to have you in the room. With love, boldness, and a whole lot of sizzle,

Hey Wifey, Can I ask you a question? What happened to her?Not the woman everyone else sees, but the woman underneath the titles. The one who used to laugh a little louder, say yes a little more often, get dressed up just because, and make time for things that brought her joy.Years ago, I found myself asking the same question.Life was full. Marriage, motherhood, responsibilities, schedules, work, and all the things that came with being needed by everyone around me. Nothing was necessarily...
Hey Sizz, As we approach Memorial Day weekend, I want to first pause and acknowledge the true meaning of this holiday. Memorial Day is about honoring and remembering the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives in service to this country. Their courage, service, and sacrifice deserve our gratitude and remembrance. But as I sat with the word “memorial,” I also couldn’t help but think about how many women have quietly forgotten themselves while showing up for everybody else. Not...
