Merry Christmas, Sizz 🤍
I don’t want this note to be about a holiday. I want it to be about intentional presence. About slowing down enough to notice the people you’re sitting next to. About making memories instead of rushing through the day. About choosing connection—wherever and however that looks for you. Because what I know for sure is this: time isn’t refundable.
I also know that for some people, this space can feel incredibly complicated—especially when relationships are strained and family dynamics feel sensitive right now. And sometimes showing up emotionally feels harder than staying busy and avoiding dealing with conflict. I get that.
I’m in a different space myself. I feel like I’m reintroducing myself to my family and learning how to do life with them in a new way—especially with my mom. I’m learning how much empathy matters. How meeting people where they are can change everything. How choosing love doesn’t mean ignoring truth.
I also want to acknowledge those of you carrying grief right now—because grief can look like many things. Grief for someone you’ve loved. Grief for something that ended. Grief for what you hoped this season would look like for your life. Trust me, —I get that too. You are not forgotten. And I want you to know that you are seen.
If today feels full, hold it. If today feels quiet, honor it. If it feels heavy, be gentle with yourself.
However you’re moving through this space, just know that my heart is extended—and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Take a breath. Be present where you are. And hold close what matters most to you.

With love,
